Are not the people who deny Al-Quran taking the biggest risk for themselves?

Verse 52 of Chapter 41:
(O Prophet,) say to them, "Did you ever consider this: If this Qur'an were really from Allah, And you went on denying it, who could be more astray than the one who had gone far off in antagonism towards it?"

 Verse 10 of Chapter 46:
(O Prophet,) say to them, "Have you ever considered that if this (Qur'an) were really from Allah, and yet you denied it, (what would be your end)? And a witness from among the children of Israel has already borne witness to the like of it; he believed while you showed arrogance. Allah does not show guidance to such wrongdoers."
