Does God accept the prayers of those who believe and do good deeds (according to His instructions)?

Does God answer the prayer of each supplicant who calls on Him solely?

Verse 26 of Chapter 42:
And He accepts the prayers of those who accept faith and do good deeds, and gives them a greater reward by His munificence; and for the disbelievers is a severe punishment.

Verses 1- 4 of Chapter 19:

Kaf Ha Ya Ain Sad. Here is an accounts of the mercy your Lord showed to His servant Zachariah. when he invoked his Lord in an under tone. He prayed, “O my Lord! My very bones have become rotten, and my head is glistening with age. My Lord! I have never been disappointed in my prayer to Thee.

Verse 186 of Chapter 2:
And when My servants ask you (O Muhammad concerning Me, then answer them), I am indeed near (to them by My knowledge). I respond to the invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they may be led aright.

Verse 14 of Chapter 13:
To invoke Him alone is the right thing. As regards the other deities whom they invoke apart from Him, they cannot give any answer to their prayers. It is as if a man were to stretch his hands towards water and ask it to come to his mouth, when it cannot reach his mouth in this way; likewise the prayers of the disbelievers are nothing but aimless efforts.

People who do not accept the last prophet and/or the Qur'an are disbelievers, regardless of whether they believe in God or not!

Verse 68 of Chapter 29:
And who is more unjust than one who fabricates lies against Allah, or denies the truth* when it comes to him? Is there not a place in hell for disbelievers?

(* The Holy Prophet and / or the Holy Qur’an).

Who are the people for whom no weight be assigned on the Day of Judgement?

Verses 103-106 of Chapter 18:
Say: "Shall We tell you the greatest losers in respect of (their) deeds''. "Those whose efforts have been wasted in this life while they thought that they were acquiring good by their deeds.'' "They are those who deny the Ayat of their Lord and the meeting with Him. So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall assign no weight for them.'' "That shall be their recompense, Hell; because they disbelieved and took My Ayat and My Messengers for jest.''

Does Worshiping God mean to follow all the instructions provided by Him?

Verses 23-39 of Chapter 17:
And your Lord has ordained that you do not worship anyone except Him, and treat your parents with kindness; if either of them or both reach old age in your presence, do not say "Uff"* to them and do not rebuff them, and speak to them with the utmost respect. And lower your wing humbly for them, with mercy, and pray, "My Lord! Have mercy on them both, the way they nursed me when I was young." Your Lord is Well Aware of what is in your hearts; if you are worthy, then indeed He is Oft Forgiving for those who repent. And give the relatives their rights, and to the needy, and to the traveller; and do not waste needlessly. Indeed those who needlessly waste are brothers of the devils; and the devil is very ungrateful to his Lord. And if you turn away from these, expecting the mercy of your Lord, for which you hope, then speak to them an easy word. And do not keep your hand tied to your neck nor open it completely, lest you remain seated - reproached, weary. Indeed your Lord eases the livelihood and restricts it, for whomever He wills; He Well Knows, Beholds His bondmen. And do not kill your children, fearing poverty; We shall provide sustenance to them as well as to you; indeed killing them is a great mistake. And do not approach adultery - it is indeed a shameful deed; and a very evil way. And do not wrongfully kill any living being which Allah has forbidden; and for whoever is slain wrongfully, We have given the authority to his heir, so he should not cross limits in slaying; he will surely be helped. And do not approach the wealth of the orphan except in the best possible way, till he reaches adulthood; and fulfil the promise; indeed the promise will be asked about. And correctly measure when you measure, and weigh correctly with the scales; this is better, and has a better outcome. And do not pursue the matter you do not have the knowledge of; indeed the ear, and the eye, and the heart - each of these will be questioned. And do not walk haughtily on the earth; you can never split the earth, nor be as high as the hills. Of all this related before, the evil among it is disliked by your Lord. This is part of the divine revelations of wisdom that your Lord has sent down to you (O dear Prophet Mohammed - peace and blessings be upon him); and O listener, do not set up another God with Allah, for you will then be thrown into hell - rebuked, rebuffed.

Does God test people with prosperity and adversity throughout their lifetime?

There are people who inherited the Book of God, but take every opportunity of grabbing the good things of this world!

Verses 168-170 of Chapter 7:
And We divided them into many separate communities all over the earth: some of these people were righteous and some of them were different from this: We tested them with prosperity and with adversity so that they might turn back. Then after the following generations, unworthy people succeeded them: they inherited the Book, but in spite of this they grab the fleeting good things of this low world, and say. "We expect to be forgiven." Yet if similar worldly things again come before them. they again grab them. Has not the Covenant of the Book been taken from them that they should ascribe to Allah nothing but the truth? And they themselves have studied well that which is written in the Book. And the abode of the Hereafter is better for those who fear Allah. Do you not understand even this thing? As for those who strictly observe the Book and establish Salat, surely We will not let go waste the reward of such righteous people.

Does God insert hypocrisy in those people who break the covenant they have promised to Him and tell lies?

Verses 75-78 of Chapter 9:
And of them are some who made a covenant with Allah (saying): "If He bestowed on us of His bounty, we will verily, give Sadaqah and will be certainly among the righteous.'' Then when He gave them of His bounty, they became stingy, and turned away, averse. So He punished them by putting hypocrisy into their hearts till the Day whereon they shall meet Him, because they broke that (covenant) with Allah which they had promised to Him and because they used to tell lies. Know they not that Allah knows their secret ideas, and their Najwa (secret counsels), and that Allah is the All-Knower of things unseen.

Did God allow a believing man to marry only one believing woman with the exception of orphan girls provided that they will be treated equally?

God recommends a believing man not to marry more than one orphan girl (or non-orphan girl) considering the difficulty in treating them equally!

Verses 2-3 of Chapter 4:
And give the orphans their wealth and do not exchange the pure for the foul; and do not devour (or use up) their wealth, mixing it with your own; this is indeed a great sin. And if you fear that you will not be just towards orphan girls, marry the women whom you like - two at a time, or three or four; then if you fear that you cannot keep two women equally then marry only one or the bondwomen you own; this is closer to your not doing injustice.

Verse 20 of Chapter 4:
And if you wish to change one wife for another and you have given her heaps of treasure, do not take back anything from it; will you take it back by slander and open sin?

Verse 129 of Chapter 4:
Ye are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is your ardent desire: But turn not away (from a woman) altogether, so as to leave her (as it were) hanging (in the air). If ye come to a friendly understanding, and practise self-restraint, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.

Did God inspire in every soul with conscience of what is right or wrong for it and give freedom to purify or corrupt it accordingly?

Verses 1-10 of Chapter 91:
By the sun and his brightness, and by the moon when she follows him, and by the day when it makes (the sun) conspicuous and by the night when it covers up (the sun), and by the heaven and Him Who established it, and by the earth and Him Who spread it, and by the human self and Him Who balanced it, then inspired it with its wickedness and its piety. Truly successful is he who purified his self and a failure he who suppressed it.

Verse 53 of Chapter 12:
"And I free not myself (from the blame). Verily, the self is inclined to evil, except when my Lord bestows His mercy (upon whom He wills). Verily, my Lord is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.''

Not everything of a dead body is taken away by earth!

Verses 1-4 of Chapter 50:
Qaf: By the Glorious Qur'an (Thou art Allah's Messenger). But they wonder that there has come to them a Warner from among themselves. So the Unbelievers say: "This is a wonderful thing! "What! When we die and become dust, (shall we live again?) That is a (sort of) return far (from our understanding)." We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account).

Why did God not allow fighting to take place at Hudaibiyah?

Verse 25 of Chapter 48:
They are those who disbelieved and hindered you from Al-Masjid Al-Haram and detained the sacrificial animals, from reaching their place of sacrifice. Had there not been believing men and believing women whom you did not know, that you may kill and on whose account a sin would have been committed by you without (your) knowledge, that Allah might bring into His mercy whom He wills -- if they had been apart, We verily, would have punished with painful torment those of them who disbelieved.

What are the qualities that must be possessed by either a believing man or woman in order to go to heaven?

Verse 35 of chapter 33:
Most surely the men and the women who have surrendered themselves to Allah; who are believing,
obedient, truthful, and patient; who bow down before Allah, practice charity, observe the fasts, guard their private parts and remember Allah much. Allah has prepared for them forgiveness and a vast reward.

Why did God permit the believers to fight after migration from Mecca to Medina?

Verses 39-40 of Chapter 22:
Permission is granted to those against whom the disbelievers wage war, as they are being wronged; and indeed Allah is Able to assist them. Those who were unjustly expelled from their homes just because they said, "Allah is Our Lord" and had Allah not repelled some men by means of other men, the abbeys, churches, synagogues and mosques - in which the name of Allah is profusely mentioned - would definitely be demolished; and indeed Allah will assist the one who helps His religion; indeed surely Allah is Almighty, Dominant.

What is the fate of the people who stand on the boundary line between belief and disbelief?

Verses 11-13 of Chapter 22:
And there is a type of man who serves Allah standing on the borders (of the Faith); is if some good comes to him, he is satisfied (with his Faith), but if he encounters a trial, he turns his back (upon it). Thus he loses both this world and the Hereafter: this is the manifest loss. Then, instead of Allah, he invokes those who can do him neither harm nor good:this is the last extremity of deviation. He invokes those who are more likely to do him harm than good. What an evil guardian he chooses and what an evil companion!

Who are the Muslims?

Verse 64 of Chapter 3:Say, "O people of the Book! Come to what is common between us and you, that we worship none but Allah; that we associate nothing with Him and that none of us shall make as our Lord any other than Allah." If they reject your invitation, then tell them plainly, "Bear witness that we are Muslims (who worship and surrender to Allah alone)."

Are the Heavens (Universe) composed of well-protected zones through which human and jinns will never be able to pass?

Verses 16-18 of Chapter 15:
It is We Who have divided the heavens into many fortified spheres for the sake of administration and adorned and decked them out fair to the beholders, and guarded them from every accursed Satan.  No Satan can pass through them except that an eaves-dropper might hear something, but a fiery flame pursues that eaves-dropper.

Verses 61-62 of Chapter 25:
Highly blessed is He, Who has made fortified spheres in the heavens and has set in it a "lamp" and a shining moon. He it is Who caused the night and the day to succeed each other so that everyone who desires may learn a lesson or become grateful.

God finds a way out for whoever fears him and thus puts trust in Him!

Verses 2-3 of Chapter 65:
Then when they are about to attain their term appointed, either take them back in a good manner or part with them in a good manner. And take as witness two just persons from among you. And establish the testimony for Allah. That will be an admonition given to him who believes in Allah and the Last Day. And whosoever has Taqwa of Allah, He will make a way for him to get out. And He will provide him from where he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things.
